| At 11:17 on August 29th, RMSAR received a call for a female with a broken ankle on the West Canyon Trail between Alder Flats and the Gold Creek Lookout in Golden Ears Park. 21 members from RMSAR, Mission SAR and Coquitlam SAR responded. The subject was located and carried via stretch back up to Alder Flats where she was evacuated via helicopter to the search base at the Woodlands lot and a waiting BCAS ambulance for transport to hospital. |
